New Appleman On Insurance Law Library Edition Released
Volume 1 of the New
Appleman on Insurance Law, Library Edition, Essentials of Insurance
Law was released in print Oct. 23. The Library Edition identifies the
leading court decisions on settled questions of law, cites illustrative cases
when examples are needed to explain the law, identifies majority and minority
positions on unsettled matters of law and focuses on contemporary issues
confronting practitioners. Two volumes of the Library Edition will be published
annually over the next several years.
