Real Estate Financing (LexisNexis Matthew Bender) now includes a new chapter, Chapter 5B, on Foreclosure Rescue Scam Litigation.
 
New Chapter 5B, Foreclosure Rescue Scam Litigation, written by Melissa A. Huelsman, Esq., explores litigation strategies for those representing homeowners who have been victimized by foreclosure rescue scams (or equity skimming). In § 5B.01, Ms. Huelsman describes in detail the tactics of the foreclosure rescue scam artists in her discussion of the Anatomy of a Foreclosure Rescue Scam.
