Anne Braucher is an associate at McMillan Metro, P.C. located in Rockville, Maryland.  Ms. Braucher's practice focuses on commercial litigation, business law, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights.  Prior to joining McMillan Metro, Ms. Braucher spent 5 years as an associate in the Litigation and Bankruptcy Departments of DLA Piper LLP (US).  From 2003 to 2004, Ms. Braucher clerked for Chief Judge Douglas O. Tice, Jr. of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  Ms. Braucher received a B.A. from Oberlin College in 1998 and a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where she was Managing Editor of The American University International Law Review.  Ms. Braucher is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the DC Bar Lawyers Assistance Program Committee, and the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project.
