Direct Purchasers' Conspiracy Claims Against 2 Egg Marketers Are Dismissed

PHILADELPHIA - Direct purchasers of processed egg products may file a third amended consolidated class action complaint (TAC) reviving price-fixing claims against two egg producers but not against two egg marketers and distributors, the federal judge in Pennsylvania who is overseeing the multidistrict litigation ruled Dec. 17 (In re:  Processed Egg Products Antitrust Litigation [All Direct Purchaser Actions],  MDL No. 2002, No. 08-md-2002, E.D.
