New York Justice: Shareholder's Case Against Bankrupt Inner City Broadcasting Fails

NEW YORK - A New York state court justice on Dec. 18 dismissed a lawsuit against bankrupt broadcasting company Inner City Broadcasting Corp. (ICBC), finding that a minority shareholder failed to allege facts sufficient to plead his case that ICBC and its chairman were improperly selling the company's intellectual property rights (Hugh Wyatt v. Inner City Broadcasting Corporation, No. 102228/2012, N.Y. Sup., New York Co.).
