Preliminary Injunctions Over Medicaid Reimbursement Reductions Vacated

SAN FRANCISCO - A Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Dec. 13 reversed a district court's decisions and vacated preliminary injunctions prohibiting the implementation of Medicaid reimbursement reductions in California (Managed Pharmacy Care, et al. v.
