KSR Int'l Co. v. Teleflex Inc., 127 S. Ct. 1727 (2007)

Competitor of patent licensees did not infringe patent claim for vehicle accelerator pedal assembly with fixed electronic sensor by adding sensor to competitor's system for use with computer-controlled throttles, since mounting sensor on fixed point of pedal, and benefit of doing so, were obvious, and thus claim was invalid under 35 U.S.C.S. § 103.
