District court did not err when it found that an eyewear company infringed U.S. Patent No. RE 37,545, which described a spectacle frame that supported an auxiliary frame, when it manufactured its own frames, and the evidence supported a jury's determination that an assignee was entitled to a royalty rate of 5% on frames the eyewear company sold.
