Billing Staff Inheritance

Is there a way to make the billing entry staff inherit from the logged in user instead of the staff listed on the billed record? This is inconvenient because we will bill the same record from two different staff - the drafter and the editer/reviewer.

Right now, the current work around is to create user-level auto-entry form that assigns the staff- but is there a way to automatically assign staff to the logged-in user?   

Under your SETUP - General - Program Level - Billing - Invoice -- you can set it so that the default is the UserID.
