How see filter criteria being used by BillFlow Manager

When I open a saved Bill Flow collection how can I see the parameters being used to filter the collection? I know I can click on the filter button and it will show the filter being used for the "criteria for charges" but how do I also see the "criteria for matters"? I can't find it in the manual or on any of the menus.
