Email copy of bill - need an email body

The "email copy of bill" feature allows a subject line in the email, but will not allow me to include an email body.  I prefer not to send clients a blank email.  I use Exchange with Outlook, and sending bills is the only function for which I use the TM client (using the MAPI integration feature). I set up a default signature with a standard billing message,  but TM does not seem to want use it when generating the bill email.  Any thoughts on how I might trick TM into giving me an email body?

In File - Setup - Billing Options - Bill Messages you can setup a default email bill message. Include the text and your signature and it will automatically be included when you email the bills.

Thank you Caren.  The only problem I am having is that although you can enter the email body in the Bill Messages box, paragraph breaks do not show up in the email when sent, making the email continuous text and preventing use of typical email formatting.

I have no trouble with this, I have carriage returns in my message, and they come through just fine. Perhaps it is something in your email settings. I am running v9 Enterprise with SR 3B
