If this is a frequent problem you may want to track which files and or users files have been affected. This may be indicative of a hardware issue on one of the users work stations or a faulty switch device or even a wireless router.
Whenever the background fixes must be accessed it is crucial that no other activity is being done, so unfortunately in ALL PCLaw versions you must have all users exit to do this comparison and fix.
