Outlook has shut down twice. we get the following dialog box:
"Outlook experienced a serious error the last time the add-in c:\program files\lexisnexis\pclaw\ploutplg.dll was opened. Would you like to disable this add-in? To reactivate this add-in, click About Microsoft. Click Disabled Items."
Our questions are: (1) Is it okay to disable? (2) Is this a common problem? (3) What's happening?
It's okay to disable it if you are not using the outlook connection in PCLaw.
