Fonts used in Bill Template / Token Element Problem

In the Misc section I have a token for Bill Run/Time Memo (with Word Wrap) for Fees. This allows us to type descriptive narratives for fees bieng billed.

Probelm is that when the token element expands it eats up the section below. This is true when the fonts used is Arial Narrow. If fonts used is Times New Roman, for some reason the sections below move downwards correspondigly to accomodate the token element expansion. The section below is a Conditional section for VAT on Fees

This means I have to change all the fonts on the template to Times New Roman. Is anyone faced with such spacing issues on bill templates?

Hassan,

Is that the only token in the Miscellaneous section?  If not, have you tried to create a Miscellaneous section for just that token?

Well, if you are asking if there is any other token below it then no - no other tokens in the Misc section besides this "Bill Run/Time Memo" token and the token for Fees on the extreme right of this Misc section. The Fees token does not interefer with the Bill RT Memo token.

Make sure the token is at the very bottom edge of the section. I have seen problems with word wrapping and overflow when this is not the case.
