Time Matters 9 - Bill layout - Fees Area

In the "Fees this Bill" list I can choose among: Fee Billable Value Total, Time Worked Value, Billed Fees...

the Fee Billable Value Total is the sum of the column tm9user.billing.billable_amt,

the Billed Fees is the sum of the column tm9user.billing.billed_amt,

how Time Matters 9 calculates the Time Worked Value?
