TimeMatters 10 and the Text Search not finding results

We are trying to run a Text search (down arrow next to the binonculars and then we choose Text) on the matters list searching all fields but we are not getting results. If we change the "which field" select menu to a field (ex. matter ref) it does work. It just does not pull up results if we have "All fields" selected. Are we doing something wrong? Any help is appreciated.
