I'm trying to synchronize with Outlook so that I can then synch with my new Iphone.  TM 10.0 gives me error message that says "nothing to synchronize".  I want to somehow reset TM so that it appears as though I've never synchronized to Outlook before.  I tried deleting the TM synchronize tps folder and created a new folder during a new attempt.  This worked before, but not now.

What do I do?

When you configured the TM Outlook sync you were asked for the configuration file path. Browse to that file path directory and delete the TMOLSCFG.TPS and TMOLSLOG.TPS files. This will reset the TM Outlook sync.

That is what I'd done when I said I'd removed the tps folder.  I've just tried it again, and I still get "nothing to synchronize" error.

Is Outlook connected to a non-Exchange mail server?  This could be a problem.

Does your Outlook profile save the data to a non-OST or PST file?  This could also be a problem.

If your copy of Outlook is configured to pull down mail from your mail server in IMAP or POP3, chances are Outlook is configured to save its data in PST or OST format.  Then, what I mentioned above is most likely not the problem.

This may/may not help - but I thought I'd mention some pitfalls I've encountered with handheld sync through the years... :)
