We use the Tag and Process method to change some billing items to Do Not Bill. It works in changing the label and the billing item will not get billed; however, the other fields on the billing record do not update. For instance the field "Non-Billable Hours" does not change. Also, "Est. Allocation" does not change.
Is there a way to trigger a "refresh" or a "recalculation" so that these fields get updated?
