We have Time Matters version 10 with Wordperfect version 12, on all the other machines in the office the Add-in is working but one machine I just can't get the link to re-engage. I have been told by tech support that they do not support wordperfect version 12 any longer so they can not help me.
I had this same problem previously and the fix was to go to the registry and delete some files but I do not recall what files, any one recall how to fix this?
Time Matters has to be listed as the first addin for Word Perfect for the link to work. You dont necessarily have to delete anything in the registry, you just need to change the designation so Time Matters comes first.
