Outlook syncs unchanged items

Everytime I sync TM9 w/Outlook 2007, it ends up syncing events that are unchanged, including all recurring events.

Any idea why it does that and whether I can make it stop?

I would guess that you have a sync conduit set to reload the events every time it syncs.
