I am using HD10 Developer SR1, Corel WPX5 SP2, on a WinXP Pro system.
I had to reinstall WP last week, and today, the first time I tried to edit a template, I received an error message that "Unable to determine the version of WordPerfect you are running" When I clear the screen, I get a PerfectScript message that:
The macro is being canceled because of an error condition processing product command 'DLLLoad'.DLLLoad error (Status: 126, Library: 'hd6api.dll').Check line 27 of macro file 'HD6EditTemplate.wcm'Source line: 'HotDocsDll := DllLoad("hd6api.dll")'
When I click on Debug, I'm taken to Line27, which says: HotDocsDLL := DLLLoad("hd6api.dll")
The label/function/procedure panel lists:
(!) <main> Line No 27, Macro File hd6Edit Template.wcm and repeats the source line info.
I've tried reinstalling/repairing HotDocs, but this has not fixed the problem. I've checked the Macros, and they don't appear to have been edited.
Any suggestions on what I can try, other than uninstalling both programs and starting over?
Barry,
LexisNexis no longer owns HotDocs and I don't know how much activity this forum actually gets. Anyone who focused on HotDocs and not the other programs will no longer be in this forum.
Your best bet is to go to HotDocs website and look for their support forum.
