Time Matters 9 syncs archived contacts to Outlook

I just installed a new computer and when I attempted to configure Outlook Synchronization, the initial sync wants to copy every contact every created in TM. I filtered it down to my username, but that doesn't make it much better. We had it working properly on the old computer, which was only synchronizing about 10% of what it is trying to do now. Is there some way to filter the archived contacts that I am missing?

You will have to upgrade to version 11.

Just kidding.

Place a checkmark in front of all the contacts you do not want to sync to Outlook and then use process change to remove your initals from Staff. Then Outlook will only sync the staff=you contacts.
