TM11 was working fine. I downloaded and installed the latest service release for Mobility. Rebooted my computer. When I tried to start Time Matters again, it won’t let me log in. (I had it set to memorize my login credentials). But now it wants me to manually enter, probably due to the update. However, it does not recognize my user name and password.
Is there some way I can double check the password or get around this?
If you have not disabled the TM user id you can try logging in as TM with TM as the password or a blank password. Then go to file - setup -users and security and change the password for you.
If that doesn't work do you have any other users? If someone else can login and has rights to the security area, they can go in and change your password.
