When we converted to V10 many of our templates did not work properly. And when we convert to Word 2007 we get multiple errors. We have tried making adjustments to the templates but still get errors. Do we have to create all new templates? That is not practical, we have about 12 billing templates that took ages to create.
Templates should work properly after conversion. It's hard to tell what the problem is and therefore how to solve it without a lot more information. You might try working with a consultant or tech support to see if they can help resolve the problem.
