I have found quite a few orphaned email attachments in the "attach" table. I have verified these are orphoned by doing a search of all my emails. What is the best way to clear these out. Do I just use Sql Server Management Studio and delete them?

Jeff, after making a good backup of the database, you can go ahead and delete the orphaned attachments as long as you are familiar with doing so using SQL Server Management Studio.You cannot work with orphaned attachments from within Time Matters.
