One of my clients is getting the following error, periodically, that isn't explained by a heavy load of users on the system.
“Another user has logged you out of Time Matters. This is usually due to too many users or being logged in to Time Matters from more than one location.”
The local I/T guys are looking for a network disconnect (to Time Matters) root cause based on previous advice.
Any other ideas on what could be at the root of this? Any debugging tips duly appreciated.
This is Time Matters V10.
Thanks.
1. Sounds like users are not being logged out properly. This happens when they crash.2. Someone is logging on and it is logging someone else off. This happens when Time Matters is trying to compensate for 1.
I would look at the set up and environment of Time Matters and see if there is anything that is out of the ordinary... remote access, WAN, slow LAN, 64 bit computers etc.... If you clear up the crashing and the other oddities, I would imagine this will go away.

Also check that network adapters are not set for power management.
