1. If the collection no longer exists then the matters should be picked up in the monthly collection, the next time it is reset, if they meet the criteria for the collection.

2. When you go to print bills there's an option for whether or not the pdf is created. make sure that is checked.

I don't know of any textbooks, but many of the consultants, such as myself, can provide training either remotely or onsite depending on your location. If you are interested please reach out to us.

Deleted billing collection

My bookkeeper is MIA and I am having the task of learning this billing program.

Are there any books that are available for Billing Matters?

1. Here's one problem I have. I deleted a collection that had two clients in it. How can I unattach those two clients from that deleted collection so I can add them to the monthly collection?

2. Also, I have printed several bills during the month but no pdf was created.
