The user wants A/R for one attorney only and matters that have non-zero balances.
Can this be done?
The A/R Summary, which only shows people that owe money, can't be filtered by Matter|Staff or Matter|Originating attorney.
The Aged A/R Report can't be filtered by Staff or Orig. It can be sorted by Orig but then it shows all matters, even ones without balances.
Thanks.

To expand on Bob's recommendation, you can create a custom list view of the Aging fields and then create a filter to show a case/matter only if the balance is greater than 0. You can them future select or filter by the responsible staff.
Print using the Custom List.

I'd like to add two items to the good responses already provided. As noted, you can create a matter list that includes columns for balance, current, 30 days, 60 days, etc., which represent the aging invoice balances due to the firm. If you filter by a particular staff, (staff field on matter, originating, responsible, etc.), you can tag the records, and click the 'send to Excel' button. (If you don't have the button, check user level settings for matter list toolbar.) In Excel, you can format as dollars, and use that auto-sum button to add the columns and get a report quite quickly. Another option is to download and use the reports package from the Time Matters website. There are many reports available as transfer files for you to import and use in your Time Matters. You can then use the same tag records approach. Filter for the records you want, tag them, click the print button, and select the desired report. Only the tagged records' values will be included in the report. If you feel especially adventuresome, you can modify the report to add sort and sub-total levels.

I would add another suggestion - do the quick tab on the matter list for the balances you want to show (I usually do billable =yes and balance is greater than and less than 0 depending on how they do retainers. On the TM website are a bunch of feature packages that let you do reports - grab the A/R report - while it's a little bit of a pain, you can go to your balances tab, tag the records and print the report through the regular tm print. It's a bit easier for most people than having to do additional steps in excel.
hope this helps

Great suggestions! The quick-tab with filter along with a canned A/R report did the trick!
Thanks for the help.
