Outside Reports not getting updated information.

We recently updated from TM7 to Practice Advantage with TM8+.  Suddenly our database doesn't seem to be updating on our reports that we do through Crystal nor another custom reports package.  Yes, I update the database to use Time Matters 8 and not 7, but the data is still old.  Does anybody know what me and my IT guy are missing?

I suspect that whatever you did to update the database to Time Matters 8 was ineffective and that your Crystal Reports are still connected to the Time Matters 7 data or are not connected to any data source. The problem would be difficult to diagnose via this discussion board. I suggest that you contact a Certified Independent Consultant familiar with Crystal Reports. You can search the Time Matters forum for consultants who have answered questions about Crystal Reports.
