I frequently work at home and develop templates for the office.  What is the best way to get these hotdocs and their component files installed on the office system so all can use them?

Simply copy them to the new location on the server and "point" the library to the new locations.

Search for "Change the Properties for multiple items in a Library" in the HotDocs Help.
