AP (GL) Report

I am a single user of TM/BM+ Professional Ver. 7.0 SR-2c

I ran the Billing (AR) GL Distribution Detail and posted - no problems.

I ran the Payables (AP) GL Distribution Detail and while I was posting the computer locked.

After clearing and restarting Time Matters, I tried to post the AP again.  I received the following error: "Another user is currently posting General Ledger Entries.  Only one posting process is allowed"   As stated above, I am a single user.

After reviewing this forum, I tried several things:

• Turned off computer and restarted computer and Time Matters
• Tried posting to smaller time periods
• Database maintenance including update GL totals
• re-login
• User Login Status (hitting logoff or clear)

I am still receiving the same error message.

Any thoughts on how to stop the "phantom user" from posting, so I can post the AP.

I had a similiar situation, the only way to fix the problem was to have tech support remote in and clear the GL accounts. This will clear all the GL accounts and you'll have to repost the AR GL distribution detail also.
