Style names lost after assembly

I am using HotDocs 2007 Professional with Windows XP and Word 2002.

I created a form template for an appellate brief.  In the template form,  I have customized and use various styles such as Body Text, Indented Quotation, Cover Page Text, etc. 

The problem is when I assemble the template, I lose all of the style names in the assembled document.  Note:  the formatting for each style is kept, but just the style name doesn't come over.  Strange.

Any ideas?
