This mismatch of A/R happens to me at least every couple of months and I have to call tech support to fix the problem.  It is fixed fairly quickly, however it very difficult to get over 30 users to log out of PCLaw every time this happens.  Cindy, are you indicating that in the newer versions of PCLaw tech support can fix these types of errors without logging everyone out?  This would be a huge help.  What version does this?
