Thank you, Patti and Caren. I had already run the data utilities and it didn't change the A/R balance. Too much time has elapsed to re-open months and reapply the payments. I am using an older version of PCLaw, have purchased the new version, but was trying to clean up as much as I could before installing the upgrade. I'll upgrade and then see if I can fix it then.
