Is there any documentation available with regards to pushing data to PC Law from 3rd party applications?

If by '3rd party applications' you mean software other than those which literally link with PCLaw (Time Matters, Amicus Attorney, QuickBooks, etc.) the answer is there is no such capability.

There is the PCLaw Data Import utility, but that is not 3rd party.

What I mean is to create a link similar to Amicus.
