One of our users encounters this error whenever he opens his inbox regardless of the workstation he logs in with. The email list loads then TM pops the messge:
[Microsoft] [ODBC Driver Manager] Invalid argument value
If he clicks OK or cancel, TM complains that the email account could not be accessed and closes the application.

I have not used or supported any clients on TM Inbox for several years. This sounds like the user has a corrupt message. I would imagine you have the auto-review pane on, when you open the Inbox it tries to preview the email and crashes.
The fix: turn off auto-preview. Send the user and internal email (so it is at the top of the inbox) find and delete the corrupt email.
