PCLaw Time Summary unable to sort report By Fee Earner

Hello,

We have been using PCLaw since 2004 and currently we use PCLaw  8.20c (peer2peer mode not SQL). My billing manager confused that her PCLaw unable to sort Time Summary report by Fee Earner. The report always return 

FYI she has checked "Sort By Working Fee Earner" but the result is still the same.

Any solution is appreciated.

Faisal,

It looks like your report is in fact giving you the primary sort by Working Fee Lawyer rather than Task Code or Type of Law.  When PCLaw sorts by a Lawyer on a report, it sort that list the Lawyer Category (Lawyers & Rates setup) and then alphabetically by Nickname within that category:

Senior Partner

Partner

Junior Partner

Associate

I am sure if you review your report and look at those Working Fee Lawyers, you will see that PCLaw is sorting by the Category.
