When I print bills for flat fees, the total fees show $0.00. How can I get the bill to show the total fee?
What we do for flat fees is: all time entries have 0.00 rate, then when completed we do one time entry for the flat fee amount.

Check the setup in the billing preferences. You can set a flat fee amount and then enter the amount of the flat fee to be charged and how many times to charge it. If in the billing preferences, under arrangement, you set a flat fee and the arrangement status is "In Progress" you need to look at the Total for Matter not to exceed box. If the flat fee is setup and you have already done billing above that amount, you might get a zero fee. In that case you would need to change the Total for Matter not to exceed or change the Arrangement status to First Bill.
If you can't figure it out, post the details of the fields of the Arrangement tab in the Billing Preferences.
