Folks:
When I try to email a bill, I get an error message: "______" is not a valid Time Matters UserID.
What is causing this? It is set up to send an email, not an internal message (I think!).
Can anyone help?

Are your emails going out through Outlook? Is there a MAPI email account set up in TM?
