How can I add missing Reference Names in Contacts

I have many Contacts that are missing Reference Names.  I dunno why.  Is there a way to automatically populate that field with {First Name} {Last Name}?  I can easily filter to show {LName} not blank AND [RefName} is blank, and I can copy either {FName} or {LName} to the RefName field, but I don't know how to add both first and last names to that field.

Not sure it will work but I would try the following

Customize an unused field to be a calculated field - first name, space, last name. Then use the process copy to copy the calculated field to the ref name.
