Problem opening Time Matters

Every time I open Time Matters, I’m now getting a question if I want to save the following file to be downloaded from pmsservices.lexisnexis.com:

QueryAMP43e2b522.xml

Where do I save this file to? Why am I now getting this question? Thanks for any help.

p.s. I've tried to repair TM must still get same message.
