Select clients list

When I'm choosing several clients to bill, I go to create bill, then the matter tab, then "selected clients." The list that pops up shows all my closed files along with active ones. Is there a way to get it to show only the open clients? PC Law v. 10.0 SP5, HF3

Hi Lisa,

Can you clarify the matters you are seeing in the selection list?  Do they start with A* or is it just the matter number?

A* numbers are matters that have been Archived (closed) and should not show up in that list.  If you are seeing regular matter numbers but feel they are closed, perhaps you have used the Deactivation function, in which case, those would show in the selection list.
