TME 11 on a WinXP Pro system

From my TM Inbox (using Outlook Express, not Outlook, as my MAPI program), I can open an email and then open and save the email attachments.  When I then to to save the email to the appropriate matter, I get a popup error that tells me the "Attachment Not Found"

Where did it go?  Is there any way to reattach it?

Look on the related tab under documents. You should see it there.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand.  The documents that show up on the related tab are the documents that I've saved as document records in the  program.  There are other attachments that I haven't saved; those don't show up, nor is there any indication that they are/were linked to a particular E-mail.  What's happened to the attachments that I did not save as a separate document record?

My recommended procedure is to save the email and then save the attachment and delete it from the email. This preserves the links as related records. If you save the attachment first, I am not sure what happens to the relationship. The document should be me visible from the document record of the matter. If you want to "reattach" it to the saved email you could open the attachment and go to related, then choose to add a relationship to an email.
