Our firm upgraded to PCLAW version 11.0 SP1. Since then, the time listing report does not show time entries in explanation line, even though the template is set to show the explanation. Thank you.

This is a known issue with SP1.
If you are familiar with the template layout function, you can try and pull up the Default format, give it a new name, such as Default 1 and save it (equivalent to Save As), and then delete and re-add that explanation token. Otherwise, you should call support and find out if they have a workaround.
