Using TM11 with an iPhone

I'm considering an iPhone as its time to upgrade.  Assuming I am not using and don't want to set up an Exchange account, what must be done to sync TM11 with an iPhone (Calendar and Contacts at least; hopefully note as well)?

Hi Barry,

To sync your Iphone to Outlook with out utilizing the Exchange sync, there are two steps you must take.

You would need to first utilize the manual Outlook sync on your workstation under the File menu in Time Matters.  Once your Outlook sync with Time Matters is complete, you would need to set up your Iphone to sync with Outlook.  Here's a resource detailing how to accomplish this:

If you have never performed a sync with Outlook before, I would recommend getting in touch with a CIC to set this up for you initially.  Misconfiguration can cause dataloss or data duplication on a large scale.  Be sure to have a good backup before beginning any sync utilities.
