I am currently doing research on the capabilities of the TimeMatters Datalink for integrating with a 3rd party application. The technical support staff at Lexis Nexis has directed me to download the tmdatalink.chm, but have not been able to answer some of my more specific questions. After reviewing the tmdatatlink.chm file, it does not appear that the datalink allows for the editing of billing objects. The purpose we are trying to accomplish with the integration is the import/export of fees. While TM does allow for the import of data through a CSV, we are hoping to be able to accomplish this task by establishing a direct link. Does the datalink have the capability for creating, editing and saving billing objects and fee data, or does this have to be handled through the import of a CSV file.?
