In response to my request for a list of definitions of the tokens available in Template Editor, I am advised by PCLaw support that
"Unfortunately, no such list exists. We suggest contacting a Certified Independent Consultant for assistance customizing your template(s)."
This is great news for CIC's, but not so much for new users seeking documentation and/or assistance.
I have experience in designing templates in several other software programs and believe I could handle custom billing templates for my small law firm.
Does anyone have such a definition list available? (Mind boggling that it is not available from the software source.)
