  • Re: Deleting Invoice repricing billing items

    It depends on how you have your billing rates set up. Typically when an item becomes billable again, either through a save and copy or deleting and putting the items back as WIP, the billing item will use the current rate. If you want to do a mass change back to the original rate you can tag those records and do a mass change.

    Time Matters has to be listed as the first addin for Word Perfect for the link to work. You dont necessarily have to delete anything in the registry, you just need to change the designation so Time Matters comes first.

    Any time a classification code has been used the program wont let you change it or delete it. Now if you have it as part of an auto entry form you can change the code without effecting your existing documents. If you want to remove the code all together from the application you will have to do a mass change to the existing documents to change the classification

    Looking at the billing form uncustomized there appears to be only two date fields, one at the top and than the bill date field farther down the form. Typically I reccomend to users that they hide that first date field. The field comes from the originally programming in Time Matters and can cause a lot of confusion for some users.     Scott - There is an Aged WIP report under Standard Reports that will give you this information. Go to Report, Standard Reports and you are looking for the Billing Tab. You can set up filters and change the options to change the layout of the report. Jen

    Scott - The Aged WIP report will give you a list of all the unbilled time. If you go to reports, standard reports, on the billing tab you will find the report. You can set a filter for certain individuals and you can choose how you want the report displayed under the options tab. Jennifer
