    Faith, You can do this by using the 'Set Regarding' feature. First you need to have Time Matters set with an account that will read your Outlook (MAPI) email. Open the Time Matters Inbox. You can view email located in the Outlook Inbox, tag multiple emails using the check box on the left side of each email, and finally use Process>>Set

    If I understand your issue correctly, when using the Time Matters Newsreader click on one of the 'Provider Headines' on the top right side, your should see the detail of the post in the bottom portion of the screen. When you get all grey in the detail section, try to expand the amount of screen space allocated to the detail section by dragging
