I have a client that was having the same problem (TM v8E, Outlook 2007, XP Pro). After various attempts to fix it, he started to uninstall it. He then noticed that some components were missing, specifically .NET. He allowed those to install, and now it's working (mostly). We still can't get the Regarding info to show.

It is because of this TM User ID issue that in our office, we always send email as an Internet email (even among the folks within the firm). We don't use the internal TM email User addresses. It isn't for security, but the presence of a TM User ID also gets in the way when participants of an email thread are using the "reply all" feature

Hi, Does anyone know how the "Related" tab is meant to function when posting a message. Or, has anyone found anything in the Help files about this? -- Neil Quateman

Tom, I tried setting up the RSS feed in TM, and it all works fine (the feed shows the list of topics, and I can click on an individual message), but there's one problem. Although the header of the message appears, the text of the message doesn't appear (it's greyed out). Any ideas on how to fix that?

Tom, Thanks, that's a helpful tip, I'll probably give it a try. Also, in the HTTP string that you've mentioned, where did you find the "ForumID=9" (or 11, etc.). If one wants to use an RSS feed for the other forums, I assume that you'd need to know that ForumID value. I'd still be interested in using a newsreader if anyone

Does anyone know if Outlook Express, or any other news reader, can be used for these new forums?
